Birthday cheesecake!
This order has safely left my kitchen!
I’m really pleased with how it’s turned out, and though I have recipe tweaks I’d like to try they can wait for another day!
The base is biscoff biscuits, then the filling is baked salted caramel, once assembled and set I then loaded with biscoff ganache and the toppings. The toppings are the recipients favourite a mixture of Galaxy chocolate and kinder treats! I love having the little biscuits peeping through!
The baking is not done for this weekend I have vegan biscoff sandwich biscuits to make and a Ferraro Roche inspired cake to make. I’m currently prepping the cake, making hazelnut butter, French meringue poops, and hazelnut buttercream. I’m very excited to make it, I’m starting to level up all the bakes.
