Birthday

For Sian's birthday (last month) we never managed to sort out a cake so Lydia and I took full advantage of her absence today, and the beautiful weather, to prepare a belated-birthday cake and BBQ for her.

I spent my morning in Tesco, thoroughly hungover, looking for eggs and cake decorations.
We made this *beautiful* chocolate fudge cake and prepared the garden for an evening of yum. Pimm's was had.

(p.s. yes the candles are incorrectly spelled, we were rather rushed).
