2023 Saturday — Snow in SoCal

This morning Mr. Fun & I enjoyed the thrill of a “face-time” moment with our youngest great-grandchild RJ.

RJ and his mom Ashly, who is our oldest grandchild, were experiencing the thrill of snow falling (and sticking) at their home in NE Fontana, California.

RJ’s paternal grandma Trina gave me the okay to use her photos.

Ashly & Robert and Robert’s parents, Bob & Trina, all live together in a new “Nex-Gen” home. Do you know what a “Nex-Gen” home is? It is a residence with a grandparent apartment, a commons area in the middle of the house (kitchen, dining room, living room), and a large upstairs for the young family.

I am waiting for builders to create a “Nex-Gen-Plus” home that includes a place for great-grandparents. Now that would be a house!
