First time

My youngest wanted to try oysters, not something that I've tried before either. We brought some from the fishmonger on the market and had them that evening. It was a learning curve getting them open and survived with only a minor incident. I had one with Tabasco, one with lemon and another as it came. It was a neither here or there experience for me, I don't understand food you would just swallow!
