Knife Skills

I've always wondered how the pineapple ladies cut their pineapples without all the little brown hard bits but still leaving maximum flesh on the fruit.... They make it look so easy!

Another day where I wish I could turn back time and do things differently....hate feeling like this as there is nothing I can do about it now... But I do miss my old life so much... Off to feed some bear cubs and remind myself that my current life is really not so bad.
