Little Chartroom

For his very big birthday No. 1 was gifted a voucher for the Little Chartroom. I was very pleased.

Today it was a very dreich miserable day, the perfect day to take yourself off for a swanky lunch.

This is No1's pudding, chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. I'm told it was perfection.

My cutlery snobbery came to the fore. Two types of cutlery and neither hot my high standards. The first set must have come from a doll's house, the 2nd set were so mismatched I almost couldn't use them.

There certainly wasn't a fork my mother would have put in her handbag!
