Saint Tropez

We took a run around the bay to Saint Tropez this morning. It was overcast, very still, but quite mild. We got frontline seats in a harbourside restaurant and had a delicious lunch. But by the time we left the heavens had opened. And by the time we got back to the apartment the wind had got up, the sea was thrashing up on the shore and the rain hammering against the windows. A Mediterranean winter storm. Beyond tomorrow the forecast is for wall to wall sunshine. Roll on!
