Alstroemeria

I bought 2 bunches of flowers on Thursday for a course on Friday which never took place. I normally buy Asiatic lilies but I left it too late to give them time to open so roses and alstroemeria had to do instead.

Having blipped them both I arranged them in a vase and took them to a neighbour. I'm going away tomorrow and didn't want them to go to waste.

Did I say the vicar offered me a trip away? When I got the email I thought I'd accidentally gotten onto the wrong mailing list but no, I'm having a few days in Yorkshire!
