Cebularze (Polish Onion Rolls)

I’m working from a new cookbook called Polish Your Kitchen. This recipe looked so good and reminded both of us of treats from our childhood. The rolls  probably would go well with anything, but were especially good on a cold rainy night with a big bowl of beef stew. 

We never got out of the house today—very unusual for us. Rain and more rain. And more predicted for tomorrow.
