Island Bay

The island is on the left. This is where our Monday walking group ended up which was not quite what was supposed to happen but the bus didnt follow the route the organisers thought. BUT we had a great day anyway.
There are a few really interesting things about this Southern Bay and if you look closely you will see a couple of busses down there.
The Bay is a charging station for Wellingtons growing electric buss fleet. 
The other great thing is that the Bay houses the Empire Cinema and Cafe which is always a great place to stop eat and watch movies but today when we arrived eating and drinking ruled and then the buss stop outside featured.
