Prepped

Today I cut up every vegetable in the refrigerator and cooked the eggplant for my meatloaf.  So now I can cook chili, my veggie meatloaf and my curry soup in the next few days and fill my freezer with future meals.  I have a real sense of accomplishment.

I haven't heard from the family today, but I know they made it to Hawaii safely and the twins were well-behaved on the flight (I knew they would be - they're such good boys).
