Taking Flight .

Note to self , The Travel lodge breakfast is excellent value !

We had an interesting visit to St Mary's lighthouse and had the thrill of watching seals and their pups reclining on the rocks at Whitly Bay followed by a browse around a large market laid out on the platforms of Tynemouth train station. 
No street food that was gluten, egg and dairy free so I was glad that I had taken a small picnic "just in case!"
It was hard to say goodbye but good to know that our next trip has been planned and partly booked.
