Light my fire

I could do with a spark and some warmth.

Today I had a visit from the District Nurse. She was good enough to change the bandage on my side and said the wound looked very healthy. Mrs S took an interest, as she has agreed to change it again in a couple of days.
This afternoon I had a call from a Guy's physiotherapist (arranged before my op). She took my life story in 45 minutes and we agreed a date for me to start some 1-2-1 physio in a few weeks.

If I could get some sleep I would feel much better, but now I need to watch out for the aurora borealis...
