Long and straight historic watercourse.
The swans came to see us. There were eight in total. We walked along by the water, further than can be seen in the photograph. Some of the land across the bank is deemed as a Site Of Special Scientific Interest. There were various water fowl and other birds about, an odd light aircraft, and not many folks; an ideal situation. A wee cold breeze got up by the time we turned around. On the way back two deer were in the reeds on the far bank.
I did some life admin in the morning, my wife did a wee bit of weeding in the garden. We both achieved something!
