Big Ears

I helped feed two donkeys this afternoon. They have such enormous ears, like sonar devices, always moving, listening.

Their 'Mum' Sheila, gave us a much-needed cup of tea afterwards. Thanks. Then we had to dash off to check the girl's ponies before heading back home.

It has been a gloriously hot day, the sort of day that everyone should have off work, doing something that makes them happy. We really do need to enjoy our hot English days.....we never quite know when we will get another one!
