Intervention

The storms have brought gale force winds and lots of rain… too much for the delicate nest precariously hanging from the fragile plant. Catherine Lisa and Kent took the nest down before it fell and drove the one surviving chick to a local bird shelter. Cold, damp and undernourished because its mum couldn’t land in the nest to feed it due to the high winds, we thought it would perish. But with a bit of TLC, “Rocky” seems to have recovered and may survive.
