Sunset

Today was mainly about my Mum, who appears to have taken a turn for the worse.
We agreed with the carers that she would be better off staying in bed and tried to keep her fed and hydrated there. She seemed unresponsive to most things so eventually we called 111 and in the evening a doctor arrived, didn’t examine her as she was sleeping, seemed more interested in Leela, and basically said she’s nearly 95, what do you expect? Somewhere in the middle of all that we managed a Zoom call with friends, and I fixed the side gate.
