Blue skies

Very sunny and very cold.  The sort of weather that has you skipping outside for a walk and then doubling back in for hat and gloves. W and I walked early and then I had a day in the barn office. 

Working on scripts and how we get the budget down - it’s going in the right direction but not enough. Worrying.
