Over The Bar

I tried to hang on to a tree but flew over my bike anyway and landed on my right hip. Intense pain but I was quick to check if my bike and iPhone were ok ;)

What a ride on mostly technical single-tracks in Østmarka over Oslo! What great company and lovely barbecue afterwards to discuss who had taken the best lines :-S

So happy I have an extra day tomorrow to recover :-D
