Lifesaver

This little heater is keeping us out of hypothermia whilst the heating is down. £45 well worth spending.

I had a look at our smart meter though and interesting to see that this in combination with the electric immersion for hot water and leaving the en suite towel rail on all day via the electric options has quadrupled the electric consumption of our quite large house. Daily cost has shot up from about £3/ day to £12/ day! I can see now how challenging it must be for people with electric based heating in the cost of living crisis!
