Spin spin!
When not running I like a good spin session, generally less impact on the legs, and still good cardio!
I tried the Monday night for the first time, and I loved it, felt harder than a Tuesday morning but I had more to give after having had my dinner!
Home to watch Rotherham get a draw at Swansea, first time all season we’ve come
from behind which is great mentally! Probably should have won it, but a point on the road is always good and leaves us 6 points clear of the drop zone!
