Antibiotic

Been in bed most of the week with what I thought was bad man flu at worst. I've been asleep most of the week, getting up in the afternoons to wander into the garden for a minute or two to check the world still exists and a quick blip, then fall asleep during Bargain Hunt.

Struggled back into work yesterday and looked so bad that my colleagues sent me home on condition that I saw a doctor. Turns out I have some sort of lung infection.

Where would we be without antibiotics? According to biochemists, we might find out in a few years.
