Tuesday: Artichokes and Alexanders

A couple of short showers during this morning, otherwise another cloudy day, temperature around 7°C and a chilly breeze.
A morning of family history, MrD had borrowed my car to go for some groceries and to check with the garage who couldn’t find the key for unlocking the wheel nuts …
After lunch I had a walk around the garden, very surprised to see that the Alexanders are already in bud, the Globe Artichokes have some very attractive leaves and to cap it all there are the beginnings of “heads” on the purple sprouting broccoli in the deep bed behind the greenhouse … :-))
