Chinese barbeque tofu with scallions, air fried shrimp egg rolls, and spinach.
I made dinner with a Chinese palate tonight. I've made summer rolls before, but I've never made my own egg rolls. I don't deep fry at home (it uses too much oil, and limiting myself to fried food when out seems a good health compromise), but it turns out they work out pretty well in an air fryer.
