Flour

During the furniture moving my 'flour' cupboard has been repurposed. It now needs a new home. Consequently the next job on the list was to reorganise the pantry, to be able to accommodate the flour. I removed everything at floor level to accommodate a piece of furniture made redundant in yesterday's shuffle! I swept and cleaned. I spent quite a lot of time decanting and discarding anything that was well past it's sell by date! I filled the whole day with this job, flour can be very messy and uncontrollable when pouring into a container! I did manage to complete that task but now the rest of pantry needs a good sort out. A job for tomorrow. I rustled up a quick frittata for dinner as I couldn't face standing and peeling loads of veg, instead we had it with baked beans.
Mum seemed quite a lot happier during our phone call and has been down to lunch which is big step as she has not eaten much for the last 10 days or more. It does her good to get out of the flat too. Tomorrow we are having a morning call to hopefully complete an online form for her. That could be interesting!
