Boxes

I have found today tough my sound sensitivity is kicking off again which means I am becoming less tolerant than is really ideal. But I only have two nights left here then hopefully I can start to level out.

My body is screaming at me though which isn't helping generally because it means I just want to scream and I am in a hell of a lot of pain and discomfort.

Have some good friends helping out and I know that it's not easy for them either so I really appreciate there help all the more for that!

Waiting for my night call and I think I am going to ask for a hair wash so I can have some camomile oil put in the water to help calm my system down a bit. Hopefully it will help me a bit. Asha spent some time stroking my back earlier and that helped. She always has cold hands so they were soothing on my burning body!

Another two nights in this cell and then into a new one I go but hopefully my new cell will be easier for me to leave...
