CRANBORNE CHASE

The ‘Chase’ as the name might suggest was a royal hunting ground. I have occasionally seen small wild herds of deer there. At one time I was taking photographs of roughly this scene. In the winter the patchwork effects of the fields are less pronounced than now, bur amazing nevertheless. This was the third visit I had taken to this area and is overall the most successful. I had looked at the weather forecast and could see that I had a two hour window prior to grey clouds rolling in.Within a few minutes grey clouds had come up behind me changing the screen completly.
