The die is cast

Just as we were setting off for a last hill walk this morning we heard that our comprise house purchase price had been agreed by the vendors. So, the die is cast, subject of course to all the usual legal and survey caveats. 

It was a mostly damp day but a bit of late sun as we left Ludlow (here the view from Whitcliffe Common over the river Teme, the castle and towards St Laurence's church tower) on our journey back to Oxfordshire.
