Musical Tables in Cadaques
Busboy and I sat down at the breakfast table (table 1) a little later than normal (well it is Sunday after all), then wandered into town, optimistically without jackets. We didn't get far before the rain came and with it a background cold that meant we found an indoor table (no 2) with a view of the sea (it's the place in the picture with the blue sunshade right on the front, to the right of the rock) and got settled there with the Sunday papers, boquerones (little fish pickled in vinegar) and olives.
Barrioboy joined us in Cadaques in the afternoon after the drama of managing to lock himself and his four friends out of our house this morning! He picked up our jackets and brolly from the hotel and we then all moved to another indoor table (no 3) for some tapas. Another place and another table (no 4) was for coffee and to check that we all had a blip. Now, we're all back in the hotel again to get our blips on and have a wee break before heading out for a walk now that the rain's gone on. And then table no 5 for dinner no doubt!
