Mindful breakfast and indoor yoga done. Featured photo is mindfulness work plus a Photoscape X experiment using two mobile photos: first is an old work from College of Fine Arts days, second shot is a trace of my left hand with the words written on an old purse: studieux c'est mon outil préféré et indispensable a tout moment de la vie (roughly translates to: Study is my favorite tool and essential at any time  of life).
