I thought, initially, they were having a dig @ me.  They throw  a Bag up towards the House Weekly & I put out a Bag every 2-3 weeks.

Until I read the notice I thought "AHA, they're fed up of non-returns and making sure no more wasted - BUT - a swift check next door showed Mary & "Wor Al" had been similarly gifted and "R T F M" made all clear. 

I'd better not put them "somewhere safe" - never to be seen again.
