A nice glass of wine...

...I thought would be order of the day!

I've been pretty busy, walked to the shop, did a 4 mile run (it was very hot!) and am just back from an hour of squash!

I'm also having a little celebration...today since the first of January I have completed 600 miles my target is 1000 before the year is out :-)))
