Family ....

Well today was our actual Ruby Wedding (40 years) and the weather was the same as on the original day - rain and fog! Such a contrast to yesterday when we had open house and many were in the garden! Our eldest son surprised us with a flying visit and it really made the day. Just taken him to the ferry to go back to his family in UK. It's been a while since we have had a photo just the 4 of us so this is very special. There was much tickling going on hence the grins especially on hubby's face as he is sooooo ticklish! At church today we were presented with a huge bouquet of red flowers which was lovely. It's been an amazing weekend. Just a bit of clearing up and back to reality tomorrow. Only 11 more sleeps to our holiday!!! Thanks for all you wishes and comments - you are a special lot of friends!
