A Day Out with . . .

the Tzaneen Garden Club Group.
We were invited to join the Garden Club at Karongwe in one member's home there. What a stunning lodge it is. The Vervet Monkey is sitting on a wall hoping for dropped food! 
We were treated to a trip around the park in their Park vehicles which was great fun - including getting stuck on a small river and needing to be winched out! The roads are drying out slowly but are quite rutted in many places so it was a 'bouncy' ride.
We were treated to a delicious bring and share lunch afterwards and enjoyed a chat with the ladies, a couple of whom I knew of old, so it was a great way to spend a day!
Home for a welcome G&T.
Tomorrow we are off on another jolly to see rescued Birds of prey flying, weather permitting.
