Still very washed out today but doctor confirms nothing sinister and recommends patience, which isn't my strong point. Thanks so much to everyone who commented yesterday. This is definitely the nicest place on the whole of the internet.

Made it out for a walk today, 11,000 steps and a LONG rest afterwards. This beauty reminded me to be amazed every day.. there it is, just a couple of inches, as beautifully and intricately designed as the Shard or any London skyscraper.
