The good thing about today: the staircase has been carefully covered to protect it from all the traipsing up and down with plaster, paint and tools.

The rest: a tetchy site meeting where we talked about the implications for the builders of having to come back to the house to finish after the delayed windows finally arrive and about the MHVR design being wrong which the architect seems to think I should pay for.
