Bearded Vulture

What a fabulous sight flying over Frience lake this afternoon. I was giving a friend a xcountry ski lesson around the frozen lake when he appeared. He glided around a few times then went higher and headed on his way. He was flying in front of the sun so it was difficult to get a good shot but as he flew directly over our heads the colours were beautiful.

Wasn’t planning for another bird blip but couldn’t resist this one.
