Lovely day

Another walk with my friend this morning, this time we walked out past the Roman lakes at Marple round the site of the old Marple Mill, another one of those places that is within 20mins of where we live but I’ve never been in the 30+ years we’ve lived here. The trail took us under the viaduct then up a steep hill/steps back to the road leading in to Marple.
We will get fitter ;)
Arriving home and Thomas was there while Gemma took Chloe to another party. When he knew he was coming he had decided he wanted to go to Etherow to skim stones in the river, he’s getting quite good, it developed into a competition between him and grandad as to who could throw a pebble right across the river to the other bank (see extra)
