Wind Advisory!

Today is Texas Independence Day, so I wanted my blip to reflect that.  We are under a wind advisory in Central Texas, so I took my State of Texas tee shirt  and with a little ICM and several tries came up with this windblown abstract..  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting......
