Feed Me

Our family trip has begun. Before we spend the week at Whinfell Forrest, Centreparcs though we have travelled one hour further south to Lancashire to visit relatives.

A late afternoon spent in the lovely village of Eccleston before travelling the short distance to stay at the Rufford Arms.

I plan lots of cycles, walks and jogging this coming week which I think will be required to offset the usual holiday excess food and drink - mind you this Hake Loin Risotto which tasted delicious wouldn't have troubled the diet too much - but the two pints of lager though would have!!!
