The Angels Share

This is a cask of whisky, maturing at the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay. The owner requested that the cask have glass top and bottom so he could see his whisky as it matures. The cask was originally full but a large percentage has already been lost to evaporation... this is known as 'The Angels Share'.
