Queen Mary 2

Met Amy in town today for some lunch. We noticed large groups of tourists around the place, and posters - with a pic of the Queen Mary 2 on them - advertising free gifts from a local shop. We assumed this must be because the ship was docked at Invergordon, so we checked online, then set off to see it. It is absolutely huge! The sheer size is obvious when you see the little people on the decks!

I managed to get this angle thanks to the RNLI open day, which meant we could get down on to a pier. We managed to get a look onboard a lifeboat too - pretty spacious inside.


Large
