my mornings are getting shorter when i have bad nights…..i find it hard to get going, and this morning the paper was fullof interesting things…

a trip to Sainsbury followed, where my eye fell on popcrisps….they are not deep fried, (and i find much nicer than the usual crisps)….. i thought they deserve a nice dip…they had smoked garlic and sage and chili dip…..oh i had some of it as my lunch….scrumptious….

after lunch it was off to the Methodist church where 2 girls from our church were taking part in the Oswestry Youth music festival ….the church was packed and there was someone who stood up to give me a seat….

en route to the church i walked past this small tree that rises from the hedge…..to nice not to blip….
