Hollas Lane

A bright, but cold start to the day. I headed out on a 12 km run which took me down to West Vale, then on to Salterhebble Basin, along the canal towpath to Copley and then a steep climb up the hillside to Norland and a couple of km back home. Managed a pace of 6:46 /km overall which I was happy with.

Spent an hour or so gardening and then the rest of the afternoon inside.

19,500 steps so far today.
