Wishful Thinking

I had hoped to spend some time on the beach this afternoon. But the weather has been hit and miss, with a strong cool breeze.

So we did useful things, hanging pictures and building drawers to go in the new Ikea wardrobes. Quiet satisfying. Say what you will about Ikea (and I have), at least the build quality is good and part A does fit into part B without too much wiggling about. Of parts A and B, I mean, not of the builder!

The dinner at Robbie's was a great success and Robbie himself told us it was 28 years since he opened. Quite a record.

Home again now. Blipping nearly completed and the season finale of Doctor Who to watch before bed and a new week.

Hope yours will be a good one. It's AS paper 1 tomorrow. Eek!
