The view out my window this morning. We had almost a foot of snow from about 3 pm on Thursday to 8 am on Friday. Because it was an overnight storm I didn't get out part way thru to do any shoveling. It took me almost 2 hours to get the driveway cleared and the truck cleaned off. I did some, then came in for a break. When I went out to finish, the next door neighbors were out too and they came over and helped clear the end of the driveway,
S and I had planned to work at 10 today, but when I got up, I knew there was no way I was going to have the driveway cleared by 10 am. I told her that it would be noon by the time I got there. That was ok with her, she had another little job to get done today, so she did that first. I also wanted to wait a couple more hours to give them a chance to get the roads cleared more. I was glad that I did, because there were still some areas with lots of slush on the roads. By the time I came home, that had been cleared.
