For Steve Tyler...Hole in the road in central Kyiv

I noticed you had a picture of a few bits of road. I thought you might like this one. It is one of the worst I've seen in Ukraine. Unusual for the fact that someone hasn't wedged a tree into it as a warning to motorists.

By the way, there were no men working to fix it!
