Old pump house at Hildersham.

It's been a chilly and dull day again. I was in Hildersham this morning so I took another in-camera HDR shot of the old pump house. For those that don't use editing software this is a good way to lift colours on a dull day.

Until last week we didn't know that sweet chilli jam was a thing. (Perhaps we should get out more.) I made up a batch this afternoon and an early test taste proved it to be delicious. All made possible by the decided lack of shortages of peppers, chillies and the like at Sainsbury's.
