Grumpy looking ball

Tango was a star last weekend and placed 2nd in a big Novice Heelwork To Music class. I left the competition before the prize giving (I went to have coffee with my sister), so Helle took his prize for me. 

She gave it to me today when we met for some training and I must admit that I was surprised to see that all he won was a tiny green squeaky ball with a grumpy face on it. I think the show organizer has made quite a profit on not spending money on prizes!

Luckily I have been in the game for many years and I have won lots of prizes before, so for me it was just a good laugh, but I think some handlers must have been rather disappointed. Not much to remember the day by. 

So my blip today is Tango with his prize from his first real official placing :-D

My day started with a beautiful walk in the area around Tystrup Lake. I then continued to meet my friend Bodil at her son's new property, where I might be able to get a new training hall. 

Next stop at the training hall that I use now, where we spent 2½ hours training with Helle. 

Another walk on the way home.
