Holme Island, Morecambe Bay

The weather forecast promised blue skies and sunshine but instead it was pretty cloudy - at least it was dry.

We walked into Grange this morning and had coffee at a favourite place.  While there we got chatting to a lovely young couple from Chester.  They had a very cute dog too.

Home in time for lunch and a quiet evening at home planned.

Haven't done much walking lately but feel good after our leg stretch.  Helps the mind too.
